The Big Relax + Singing Bowls
“The Big Relax” workshop combines restorative yoga postures, breathwork, and guided meditation. This is a therapeutic yoga style that calms the nervous system helping you to unwind, sleep better, and feel rejuvenated for the week ahead. Gentle massage and aromatherapy enhance the experience, encouraging a total sense of letting go.
This Big Relax joins Mahashakti Music, Tim Lechuga, who will play Tibetan singing bowls. Tibetan singing bowls produce sounds that invoke a deep state of relaxation. You won't want to miss this special event. This workshop is appropriate for all levels. Previous yoga experience is not necessary.
